The "Pelicans Perch" Beach House is a solar-powered retreat for up to six guests. Featuring a kitchen with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and all necessary utensils, plus complimentary tea and coffee. The lounge area has a sofa, TV, and gas heater for cooler months. The main bedroom has a queen bed, with two single beds in each of the second and third bedrooms. All linen and towels are provided. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Enjoy the front deck with a gas BBQ, chiminea, and outdoor seating, while taking in the beach and sea views. Solar power runs all appliances, and water is sourced on-site.
