Within the property you’ll find Kerrie’s Kreations, a cafe serving up locally handmade sweet treats with a focus on chocolate. They also serve up barista made coffee which is incredibly convenient for your morning pick-me-up!

It’s a short trip into the main town of Halls Gap (just under 3km) and it is well worth it to go to the Halls Gap Bakery, a classic country bakery that is home to some of the best pies you’ll find and of course the usual assortment of delicious sweet treats.

Directly across the road you’ll find the Halls Gap Hotel, a bistro serving up elevated pub fare and a range of great pizzas. It’s a cosy spot to settle into for a meal, and takeaway is also available if your preference is to eat back at your accommodation.

Any stay in this area is always going to be focused on exploring the Grampians National Park, located approximately 10 minutes drive away from your accommodation. Within the National Park you’ll find a network of walking trails, from easy strolls like Venus Baths to the challenging Pinnacle Walk where you’ll encounter incredible panoramic views across the rolling hills of the region.

Approximately 25 minutes away in a slightly different direction you’ll find MacKenzie Falls, one of Victoria's largest waterfalls, and enjoy the cascading waters from the lookout or venture to the base. Wildlife enthusiasts can spot kangaroos, emus, and native birds in their natural habitat, particularly at dusk. 

For a cultural touch, the Brambuk Cultural Centre provides a deep dive into the rich Indigenous history of the area.
