Eating & Drinking

Wake up in the morning and head into Albany town centre for a coffee at Beck and Call Coffee - a favourite amongst the locals. Whether your poison is a rich espresso, a cold brew or a nice warm cappuccino the team here will sort you out. One of the most renowned coffee spots in WA’s South Coast.

We had a quick lunch at Ocean and Paddock, Middleton Beach. Here, you’ll find some of the best fish and chips in town. The menu features a variety of fresh, locally caught seafood options. Hot Tip: The Lobster Burger still lives in my dreams.

For an upscale meal with a view, Garrison Restaurant & Bar is a great choice. Settle in for a cocktail, enjoy the stunning views over King George Sound, then order from their broad-ranging menu. The cuisine is best described as modern Australian from dishes that are asian-inspired such as the yuzu and honey-glazed scallops all the way through to South American flavours. It’s Albany’s go-to spot for a romantic dinner or celebration.

Cooking at the Park: Panorama features a communal cam kitchen equipped with basic facilities. There’s everything you need to prepare a meal if you’re bringing your own supplies. Cook something easy - enjoy a relaxing, quiet dinner with a view over the bay.
