Ideally located in the quiet Southern end of the Beachside Park, the Eco Spa Villas are surrounded by bushland and offer a distinct feeling of connection to nature. We particularly love the indoor/outdoor style bathroom, where you can wind back the large windows and enjoy a bath or shower that whilst indoors, feels like you’re outside.

Eat & Drink
This is an isolated spot so if you’re wanting to get a bite or a drink outside of the park you will likely need to make a short drive. There is one exception to this which is the Beach House Cafe, operating within the park itself and serving up delicious coffee with beans from local roasters Little Street Roasters in Forster. If you are up for the short 5-10 minute drive to nearby Blueys Beach we highly recommend Kembali Cafe which serves up Breakfast and Lunch classics and several dishes with an Indonesian influence as well as delicious coffee.
To Do List
On the beachside of the park you’ll find an incredible stretch of Seven Mile Beach that feels like you are at a remote island location. There is consistent surf here and the beach is not patrolled so be careful particularly if travelling with kids. The lakeside of the park is of course the place to go for those that prefer calmer waters. It’s a perfect place for an easy swim, or if you want to get more active there’s plenty to explore on kayak or SUP. This is a very active and community driven park and if you happen to be here during a school holiday period or weekend there’ll more than likely be a variety of activities being run including group SUP outings, yoga and live music. Be sure to check with the team at reception what’s on during your stay when you arrive. Nearby Booti Booti National Park has some great walking tracks, we think the best one when coming from Tiona is the loop along the beachside up to Elizabeth Beach, then back around on the lakeside of the park. This comes to about 9 km and whilst it’s a challenging walk at times, you’ll be rewarded with views across this unique set of waterways and hopefully see some local animals along the way - when we were last here we saw some large local climbing lizards.
Heads Up
Given its unique geographic location this isn’t a place where you can easily walk to the shops so we recommend coming well stocked with all the provisions you need for your trip. If you’re not, there are several towns within a 15 minute drive where you’ll be able to stock up.
