How it works

The ParkBooker Price Match Guarantee is our commitment that you're always getting a fair deal when you book through us. If you find the same stay listed for less on another website after booking with us, send the details through and we'll review your claim. If it checks out, we refund the difference and add a $25 voucher to your account for your next stay — our way of saying thanks for keeping us honest.

This guarantee covers any holiday park booking made on parkbooker.com.au, and you can submit a claim any time before your check-in date.

Eligibility checklist

• The other offer must be for the same property and accommodation type.
• The other offer must be for the same check-in and check-out dates.
• The other offer must have the same cancellation policy and conditions.
• The other offer must be for the same number of guests.
• The other offer must include the same add-ons or extras (where applicable).
• The lower price must be in Australian Dollars (AUD) or New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• The other offer must be publicly available online at the time we review your claim.

When a claim won't apply

• If the other offer is on a website that doesn't reveal the property or accommodation type until after booking.
• If the other offer appears on an opaque, suspicious, or likely-fraudulent website.
• If the lower price comes from a loyalty or rewards program — for example, prices reduced by repeat bookings, account log-in, coupon codes, or referral discounts.
• If the other price is a member-only or logged-in rate not available to the general public.
• If you cancel your ParkBooker booking, the price match becomes void.
• ParkBooker reserves the right to make the sole determination regarding eligibility.

How to claim

Submitting a claim is straightforward. All Price Match claims are handled by email so we have a clear record and can review the evidence properly.

1. Take a screenshot: Capture the lower price on the other website, showing the property name, dates, total price and any conditions.
2. Grab the link: Copy the direct URL to the offer so our team can verify it's still live when we check.
3. Email us: Send your screenshot, link and ParkBooker booking reference to our Customer Experience team.

What happens next

Our Customer Experience team will review your claim and verify the other offer is still live and meets the criteria above. If your claim is approved, we'll refund the price difference to your original payment method (please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account) and email you a unique $25 voucher code to use on your next ParkBooker booking.

If we need any extra information, or if the claim doesn't quite meet the criteria, we'll let you know in writing — no surprises.

Voucher terms

The $25 voucher issued under this guarantee can be used towards any future booking on parkbooker.com.au, is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is single-use, and can't be combined with other promotional credits or transferred to another person. The voucher has no cash value and isn't refundable.
